Top 100 companies listed in the UK
The technology (33%) and utilities (25%) sectors fueled growth in LTM sales, although this was offset by declining revenues in financial services (-85%), real estate (-7%), and basic materials (-4%). Even on an annualized basis, financial services struggled, reporting a decline of more than 40% in revenues over the past 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year periods. This decline has been spearheaded by companies such as M&G, Prudential, Aviva, and Phoenix Group Holdings. On the other hand, revenues of the travel and leisure company Jet2 grew threefold last year.
