As an entrepreneur, Neeraj has extensive experience with global business development, general management and startups in North America, Europe, India and Japan across a wide range of domains including financial services, BPO, business research and analytics, and strategic consulting. Neeraj advises and supports startups at early and growth stages of development with access to capital, sales and marketing, strategy and partnerships.

Neeraj is a core member of the senior leadership team at Aranca, and supports clients globally with market intelligence for investment and business decisions, bringing in his rich experience in capability building and business development. He helps Aranca initiate strategic partnerships with a specific focus to enter and grow new markets, and support its global sales team.

A Bachelors in Finance from the London School of Economics and an MBA from London Business School, he began his career with the Bank of England as a bank analyst working with a leading US financial services organization operating in the UK. Neeraj went onto start one of the first business process outsourcing companies, and later an outsourcing consulting firm. Most recently, he was the CEO of a leading business research provider based in the UK and India.
